Opening an account is free and takes just a few minutes. Complete our simple onboarding process, integrate our API (free for the first 100 customers each month), and start accepting payments immediately. We offer zero fees on your first $10,000 in transactions.

We support a wide range of payment methods including bank transfers, digital wallets, and stablecoins. Our Adaptive Pricing feature automatically handles currency conversion, with customers paying a 2-4% conversion fee.

Your tier is determined by your total transaction volume over the past 30 days. As your business grows, you automatically move to higher tiers with better rates. Starter is for $0-$100K, Growth for $100K-$1M, Scale for $1M-$5M, and Enterprise for $5M+.

Instant Settlement allows you to receive your funds immediately instead of waiting for standard settlement periods. The fee is 0.1% of the transaction amount or $10 minimum, whichever is greater.

For low-risk disputes, we charge $25 which is returned if you win the dispute. High-risk disputes incur a $500 fee. Our SmartCheck verification system helps minimize disputes by verifying customer identities upfront.

Bridge allows you to convert between currencies and stablecoins at competitive rates. Fees range from 0.55% to 1.10% depending on your tier and conversion volume. Higher volumes unlock better rates.

Starter and Growth tiers receive Office Hours and Community Support. Scale tier includes Dedicated Technical Support with committed response times. Enterprise clients get a Dedicated Account Manager plus Technical Support.

SmartCheck is our identity verification system. ID & Selfie Verification costs $2/verify for low-risk and $4/verify for high-risk transactions. Wallet Address Screening is included free with all plans.
